Coaching for Practical Coaching Network
What it pays, how you qualify, and how you move up. Read all of it before you decide — nothing here requires an account.
How the pricing works
Clients buy a block of sessions up front, not an open-ended arrangement. These are the rates they are charged today:
| Rate | Per hour | Block | Client pays |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $50/hr | 10 sessions | $500 |
| Founding rate | $25/hr | 10 sessions | $250 |
What you keep
Your share depends on how you are engaged, and it is a share of what you bring in through the site — not a pooled figure.
| Engaged as | Base share | On a $500 block |
|---|---|---|
| Subcontractor | 50% | $250 |
| Employee | 75% | $375 |
Levelling up adds to that base — see the ladder below. Which arrangement applies to you is agreed before you start, and it is written into your work agreement.
How credentials work
You are qualified per topic, at a level. The level decides how independently you work and what you earn on top of your base share. Everyone starts at Level 1 in a topic, and moving up is a matter of finished clients and real ratings — not time served.
Two things feed every promotion: clients you have taken all the way through a block, and what those clients rated you. Both are counted automatically and shown in your portal, so you always know how far off the next level you are.
