PCN is a group of Christian coaches working across several categories, at a range of prices, levels and experience. You see what each coach costs, how far they have trained, and what clients thought — and then you choose, rather than being assigned.

Counselling takes you from hurting to whole. Coaching takes you from whole to your best. Zero is not failure — it is a person getting on with life. Everything to the right of it is what you could become.

The line is cleaner on paper than it is in a room. Some counselling looks forward; some coaching touches the past. If you are not sure which side of zero you are on, say so — a PCN coach will tell you honestly, and help you find a counsellor if that is what you need. Coaching can run alongside counselling. It never replaces it.

Be a Coach
Founding coach offer
The first five coaches to bring PCN a paying client keep 80% of every session fee — for life.
Everyone who comes after keeps 70%, which is the usual arrangement described below. The place is won by your first paying client rather than by signing up, so it goes to whoever gets moving — practice clients do not count towards it. Once a place is yours, it stays yours for as long as you coach here, and nothing you do later takes it away.

Not open yet. Being an employee means set hours and a promise to keep you booked, and we will only offer that once there are enough clients coming through to keep that promise. Everyone coaching with PCN today is a sub-contractor.
- Part-time (20 hours a week) or full-time (40 hours)

- Your supervisor helps set your rate — no maximum
- Taxes handled through PCN payroll
- Listed first when clients are matched, and we work to keep you booked
Either way you are paid every two weeks for the sessions you held in that period. Clients pay through the platform, never you directly.
2. Understand category levels
Each category has its own ladder, so you can be Advanced in one and Junior in another.

General Coaching runs alongside every category and measures craft rather than subject. Its top three rungs are the ICF’s own credentials, earned outside PCN.

4. Understand Pricing Options
- Always per session, never per hour. A session runs up to an hour.
- You may offer a free 15-minute intro call.
- Clients see your rate before they book, next to your levels and rating.
- Sub-contractors set their own rate with no floor or ceiling. Employees set theirs with their supervisor.
5. Understand Ratings
- Clients rate each session, and only a client who actually paid can leave one.
- Your average and the number of ratings behind it both show on your profile.
- Below 3.5 and your supervisor meets with you to help you improve.
- A complaint is heard from both sides before anything is decided.
