Coach. Pastor. Mission Leader. Entrepreneur. Father of Eight.
Tom Lee's work ethic goes back further than his résumé. He got his first job at age eight delivering newspapers, kept delivering them all the way through high school, and started his own lawn-mowing business as a teenager — earning enough to pay his way through college. He studied both business and ministry there, because he genuinely loved both, and that combination has shaped everything since.
Since then, Tom has pastored several churches, helped launch multiple house churches, and started three businesses of his own. He's an entrepreneur by nature — a problem-solver who genuinely loves the work, one of the gifts he leans on most. Today he serves as Hub Director for Global Frontier Missions (GFM) Thailand, a Bangkok-based missions organization built around three pillars — Mobilize, Train, and Multiply — working toward a long-term vision of starting and overseeing 1,000 church planting movements.
Tom and his wife, Christine, have been married for over two decades and are raising eight children together, splitting life between Bangkok, Thailand, and Ludington, Michigan, USA. That's not a footnote to his coaching — it's central to it. Marriage under real pressure, parenting at scale, and leading a growing organization are the terrain he coaches from.
Tom is deeply goal-oriented, and he loves helping other people get there too — figuring out their gifts and passions, then building the healthy habits that actually close the gap between where they are and their biggest dreams. He works hard, believes in having real fun doing it, and brings that same energy into every coaching relationship.
That's why Tom's coaching doesn't stay in one lane. Whether it's partner development and support raising, financial coaching, life coaching, marriage and family, or leadership and organizational growth, Tom brings the same thing to every conversation: real experience, a systems mind that helps people build something sustainable rather than just survive the moment, and a deep conviction that faith belongs in the middle of these conversations, not on the sidelines of them.
Tom holds real credentials to back that experience — including certified coach training through Via Nations and he's an ordained minister — and continues to grow that foundation deliberately, believing a coach should never stop being a student of the craft.
But underneath every goal, habit, and business plan is Tom's actual bottom line: helping people become healthy disciples of Jesus Christ.

Proficiency by category
Proficiency is held separately for each category. A coach can be Expert in one and Junior in another.
| Category | Level | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Partner Development | Intermediate | Coaching independently, with periodic review rather than every session. |
| Christian Life Coaching | Trainee | Working through the Junior checklist. Not yet taking clients in this category. |
General Coaching is separate again — one track across all coaching, not per category.
