Blocks are not refundable
Which is exactly why the first conversation with a coach is free.

The policy
Coaching is sold in blocks of ten sessions, and the block is paid for before coaching starts. We do not refund blocks, used or unused.
Why there is a free intro call
Before you pay anything, you and your coach can talk for fifteen minutes at no charge. You tell them what you are trying to work on, you hear how they coach, and you both decide whether the fit is right.
That conversation is the point at which to make the decision, and it costs you nothing. It is there precisely because the money that follows it is not refundable.
If your coach stops coaching
If a coach leaves the network, or we end their work with us, you do not lose anything. We move you to another coach and your remaining sessions go with you. You are never asked to pay twice for sessions you have already bought.
Cancelling a session
Cancelling is not the same as refunding. Cancel a session more than 24 hours ahead and it costs you nothing — we rebook you and the session stays in your block. Cancel inside 24 hours, or miss it without telling us, and that session is used up: your coach held the hour for you and cannot fill it that late.
If your coach moves a session, it never costs you anything.
Payments that are not coaching blocks
Where a rate is full and paying holds a place in a queue, that payment is also not refundable. This is said plainly on the page before you pay, and the wait may be long or may never reach you. If you would rather not wait, what you paid goes towards a rate with places open instead.
